Processing & Production

Because our products are made to order, please allow time for your item to be produced before it ships. Production times may vary depending on the product, order volume, and fulfillment location.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. Rates may vary based on the products in your order, quantity, destination, and fulfillment requirements.

Estimated Delivery

Delivery estimates shown during checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Some orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages if the items are produced or shipped from different fulfillment locations.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Lost or Delayed Packages

International Shipping 

Shipping availability, rates, and estimated delivery times for international destinations will be displayed at checkout when available. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees that may be assessed by their country.
